The manager is extremely rude and has very poor customer service skills. You will continue to have complaints and upset customers as long as you have a rude, eye rolling, disrespectful manager. Today has not been the first time I've been treated poorly here, but of course, every time I am treated poorly- it is by the manager.
I've never had issues with the other staff!
